Ambassador V. Harutyunyan honored the memory of those killed in the Great Patriotic War

On June 22, Vagarshak Harutyunyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation,  Major General Armen Lalayan, military attache at the Embassy​​ and diplomats of the Embassy laid flowers at the sculptural group "Sorrow" in the Museum of Victory on Poklonnaya Hill, honoring the memory of those killed in the Great Patriotic War.

After the laying on, candles were lit.

On June 22, 1941, the Great Patriotic War began. This day was included in the calendar as the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow.
