Days of Armenia launched in the Yaroslavl region

On February 15, a gala concert dedicated to the launching of the “Days of Armenia in the Yaroslavl region” took place in the hall of the “Millennium” Cultural Center in Yaroslavl. The project is a logical continuation of the Days of Armenian Culture held in Moscow in 2022, timed to coincide with the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, and the 25th anniversary of the conclusion of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the states.

In the official part of the evening, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation Vagharshak Harutyunyan and Governor of the Yaroslavl region Mikhail Yevraev delivered welcoming speeches.

Soloists of the State Academic Mariinsky Theater of Russia, the Arno Babajanyan International Memorial Foundation and the Yaroslavl Academic Governor's Symphony Orchestra, as well as artists of the Moscow Theater after Sergei Parajanov and the State Russian Concert Orchestra (St. Petersburg) performed at the concert.
