Armenia’s Ambassador visited MGIMO University

April 14 - Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation Vagharshak Harutyunyan visited the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Russian Foreign Ministry, where the "Week of Armenia" was held from April 10 to 14.

During the visit, Vagharshak Harutyunyan met with MGIMO Vice-Rector for Youth Policy, Social Work and International Relations Stanislav Surovtsev.

Harutyunyan also took part in the final event of the Armenian Week project. Speaking to the audience, the Armenian Ambassador to Russia noted the importance of holding such cultural and educational initiatives, as well as touched upon the role of youth in strengthening the Armenian-Russian intercultural and social ties.

Ambassador Vagharshak Harutyunyan also expressed his readiness to further promote the deepening of cooperation between the Embassy and the Armenian communities of Russian universities.
